Job Title: Accountant (Billing, Payroll & Finance Operations)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant who can independently handle invoicing, payroll, bookkeeping, and payment follow-ups. This role requires ownership — you will be responsible for maintaining clean financial records and ensuring smooth cash flow.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and send invoices to clients on time
Handle payroll processing and salary disbursement
Maintain books of accounts using Zoho Books, Tally, or Busy Accounting Software
Record and reconcile transactions from all sources (bank, UPI, payment gateways, etc.)
Prepare financial reports (P&L;, cash flow, transaction summaries)
Maintain GST records and coordinate with CA for filings
Track expenses, vendor payments, and internal financial flows
Ensure proper documentation and audit-ready records

Requirements :




Minimum 1 year of hands-on accounting experience
Must be comfortable speaking both Hindi and English (client communication required)
Experience with at least one accounting software (Zoho / Tally / Busy)
Robust follow-up and communication skills
Valuable understanding of bookkeeping and basic compliance
High attention to detail — financial errors are not acceptable
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
