Requirements & Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily assembly line operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
Lead, train, and motivate assembly line staff while maintaining a productive and cooperative work environment.
Monitor production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and adjust workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies through regular inspections and audits.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices.
Troubleshoot production and assembly issues, taking corrective actions to maintain smooth operations.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments to ensure seamless production flow.
Maintain accurate production records, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.




Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and utilization of machinery, equipment, and tools.
Analyze production performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Proven experience in assembly line supervision, production management, or manufacturing operations.
Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and workplace safety practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing workplace and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
