We are looking for someone careful and experienced to join our accounts team as a Data Entry Operator. The right person should have at least 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, be good with numbers, and know how to use accounting software to keep records accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities :
Accurately input and manage financial data in accounting systems.
Maintain and update ledgers, journals, and other financial records.
Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and statements.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documents.
Coordinate with the accounting team for timely data updates.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications :
Educational Qualification :Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or data entry.
Skills :
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Busy, Tally)




Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.
Basic problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
