Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Life Insurance Agents to join Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance . The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable life insurance and savings solutions. This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity with attractive income potential and growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers through personal networks, referrals, and leads
Understand customer needs and provide suitable life insurance & financial planning solutions :
Explain policy features, benefits, premium structure, and claim process clearly
Generate new business and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance
Provide after-sales service and renewal support
Meet sales targets and comply with IRDAI regulations
Attend training sessions and product updates provided by the company

Eligibility / Requirements
Minimum qualification :10th / 12th Pass or Graduate :
Age :18 years and above :




Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn sales and financial products
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Prior experience in sales/insurance is a plus (not mandatory)
