Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Prepare the Operation Theatre before surgical procedures.
Sterilize and arrange surgical instruments and equipment.
Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and OT nurses during surgeries.
Maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards.
Transfer and position patients safely before and after procedures.
Monitor OT supplies and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
Maintain accurate OT records and documentation.
Follow hospital safety protocols and quality standards.

Requirements :
Minimum 10 years of experience as an OT Assistant.
Certificate/Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology or a relevant healthcare qualification preferred.
Solid knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
