Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Location : Ahmedabad Experience : 1 to 3 Years Working Days : 6 Days Working (Alternate Off)

Key Responsibilities
Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other advertising platforms :
Manage campaign budgets and monitor performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and CTR :
Set up and optimize conversion funnels for better campaign performance
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives and targeting strategies
Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize performance
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to improve user acquisition and engagement

Requirements :
Experience : 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in performance or paid marketing
Qualification : MBA in Marketing (mandatory)
Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads :
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
Robust analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience in app marketing and mobile attribution tools will be an added advantage
