Job Title : Backroom In-Charge OR Retail Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily backroom operations including stock receipt, storage, tagging, and replenishment.
Ensure timely and accurate inventory management and documentation.
Support the sales floor team with product availability and quick turnaround of requests.
Coordinate deliveries and product assembly at customer locations, ensuring high service standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected backroom area as per store SOPs.
Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
Liaise with warehouse/logistics partners and internal teams for smooth inventory flow.
Assist in managing returns, damaged items
Manage and process customer orders placed online or for in-store pickup,



ensuring timely fulfillment and smooth coordination with store teams.
Monitor stock levels and proactively raise inventory requests to the warehouse based on store requirements and sales trends.

Requirements :
Prior experience (2+ years) in retail operations, inventory handling, or store backroom management preferred.
Physically fit to handle movement of stock and occasional product assembly.
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and Excel is a plus.
Customer-centric attitude and ability to work in a team.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
