Job Purpose : To support the sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing documentation, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales executives, and internal departments for timely execution of business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and dispatch planning.
Prepare and manage quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.
Handle customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, and delivery status.
Maintain and update customer and order data in CRM/ERP systems.
Track sales targets and prepare performance reports.




Follow up with customers for payments and pending orders.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch.
Maintain proper documentation of sales contracts and agreements.
Support field sales executives with data, reports, and backend coordination.
Monitor stock availability and inform the sales team accordingly.
Handle complaint coordination and ensure resolution with concerned departments.
