Job description: Cashier Job Description : We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier to manage daily cash transactions and support transport operations.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle and manage petty cash transactions efficiently and accurately
Maintain proper records of all cash inflows and outflows
Maintain daily opening and closing cash balance and ensure proper reconciliation
Follow up on trip sheets and update records regularly
Issue advance cash to drivers for food, fuel, and other travel-related expenses
Verify and tally expenses with drivers upon return
Disburse daily bata (allowance) to drivers
Prepare and maintain cash vouchers with proper documentation and approvals
Ensure all records are updated daily and match actual cash balance
Report any discrepancies to the supervisor immediately
