We are looking for a responsible and adaptable Maintenance-cum-office Assistant to manage building maintenance, documents, and daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities :
Handling electrical works and maintenance of building
Take care of the building and ensure its overall maintenance and safety
Handle and organize company documents and records properly
Assist with office-related tasks as assigned by management
Ensure proper time management and maintain cleanliness and discipline in the premises
Support the administrative team in daily operations

Requirements :
Minimum qualification: 12th pass




Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
Age up to 35 years
Should be near to St.Thomas Mount,Alandur,Adambakkam and surroundings

Salary : Up to ₹16,000 per month
