Fashion Merchandiser - Operations & Production Management

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate fabric cutting and production planning
Handle stitching vendors and maintain regular follow-ups for timely production
Monitor product quality and production timelines
Manage inventory of fabrics, trims, finished goods, and packaging materials
Maintain proper stock records and operational reports
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch team for smooth order processing
Ensure smooth operational workflow from production to final dispatch
Source and coordinate with vendors when required
Identify production delays/issues and resolve them efficiently
Maintain proper communication with internal teams and external vendors

Requirements :
Experience in fashion merchandising, garment production, or operations management




Positive knowledge of fabrics, stitching, and garment manufacturing processes
Solid communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of inventory management and Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
Prior experience in women’s fashion/apparel industry is a plus
