Role Purpose :
The Early Years Assistant Facilitator is a key member of the preschool team who plays an active role in creating a warm, engaging, and
stimulating learning environment for young children. She supports the Head/ Expert Teachers in delivering high-quality early education, ensuring
each child’s holistic development and well-being. As part of a passionate and growing organization, the Assistant Facilitator upholds the school’s mission, vision, and values while fostering a love for learning in every child.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Responsible for classroom operations, daily execution of lesson plans, and taking care of young children.
Looking after young children’s basic needs such as engaging them in activities, feeding meals, and putting them to nap.
Maintaining order and inculcating good manners and values.

Other Duties & Responsibilities :
Be a team player who can work with other teachers and school staff.
Arrive on time for work or contact the center when delayed.
Be reliable in attendance and give ample notice of absences.
Come to work with a positive attitude.




Approach criticism with a learning attitude.
Communicate directly and avoid gossip.

Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT/CIDTL). Optional but an added advantage.

Fresher’s are welcome to apply.

Work Timings : Any 7 hours (Based on the school requirement) (12:00 PM - 7:00 PM)
