Drive Business Excellence initiatives across manufacturing plants.
Develop and implement operational excellence frameworks.
Standardize manufacturing processes and best practices.
Monitor organizational KPIs and improve operational performance.
Total Quality Management (TQM)
Lead implementation of TQM principles across manufacturing operations.
Improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Conduct quality reviews and identify improvement prospects.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance.
Six Sigma
Lead Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt projects.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Reduce process variation and defects.
Improve First Pass Yield (FPY) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
