Operations Management :
Oversee outbound operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
Ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently and meet quality and timeliness standards.
Monitor daily performance metrics (KPIs), such as order accuracy, on-time shipment, and productivity rates.
Team Leadership :
Manage and lead a team of supervisors, associates, and support staff.
Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members.
Schedule and allocate resources to ensure smooth operations during peak periods.
Process Improvement :




Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in outbound processes and implement solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute process improvements.
Maintain and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Reporting and Analysis :
Prepare and present regular reports on outbound performance and operational challenges.
Analyze trends and identify areas for operational improvement.
