Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
Monitor project progress and maintain work schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and project managers.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Verify measurements and prepare quantity calculations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions at the site.
Monitor material consumption and control wastage.
Review and maintain project documentation, drawings, and records.
Assist in project planning, estimation, and budgeting activities.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery.




Ensure project completion within the specified timeline and budget.

Required Skills :
Knowledge of civil construction methods and practices.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of RCC, finishing, and structural works.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.
Solid communication and team coordination skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
10+ years of site execution experience (depending on role level).
Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
