About the Role

What You'll Do
Build and improve AI/ML-powered features and workflows
Develop data processing pipelines and automation systems
Work with structured and unstructured datasets
Experiment with LLMs, embeddings, and intelligent agents
Support model deployment, monitoring, and optimization
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship production-ready solutions

Required Skills :
Minimum 1 year of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related roles
Strong Python programming skills
Good understanding of machine learning fundamentals
Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and REST-based integrations
Basic knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Git and version control experience
Solid problem-solving and debugging abilities





Valuable to Have
Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, embeddings, and vector databases
FastAPI, Flask, or backend development experience
Exposure to AI agents and workflow automation
Cloud deployment basics (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar)
Understanding of CRM systems, behavioral analytics, or scoring models
