Organize regular fire drills in order to ensure that all staff in the Hotel are familiar with all means of escape in case of fire. Evaluate the evacuation proceduresEducate employees in establishing a fire safe environment. Train employees in basic firefighting and rescue as well as ensuring that there are sufficient qualified First Aiders in the HotelSet up a fire safety committee made up of suitable staff of various departmentsPrepare and formulate fire safety guidebooks for the HotelEnforce fire safety rules as stipulated in the fire emergency planPut up reports to the management on the fire safety of the HotelLiaise and coordinate with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF)
