We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and communication-oriented Telecaller Interns to join our team in Ranchi.

This prospect is ideal for freshers who want practical experience in student counselling, telecalling, customer support, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to students, parents, and prospective applicants.
- Explain YIMES scholarship programmes, eligibility requirements, and application procedures.
- Guide interested students through registration, application submissions, and document requirements.
- Follow up with students regarding incomplete applications and pending documentation.
- Respond professionally to enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate calling records, student details, and follow-up statuses in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the admissions, verification, and student support teams.
- Share daily calling reports and progress updates.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Ensure accurate and transparent communication about scholarship terms, eligibility, and application procedures.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge,



including MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle student enquiries patiently and professionally.
- Good interpersonal and listening skills.
- Basic understanding of educational admissions or scholarships is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn CRM software and calling management tools.

- BA, B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc, MBA students and candidates from other educational backgrounds.
- Freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience.
- Candidates with good Hindi communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants available to work from our Ranchi office.

Prior telecalling experience is not mandatory. Training and guidance will be provided.
