We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations for tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, and related building materials. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, supervise warehouse staff, coordinate with sales and purchase teams, ensure accurate stock records, and maintain productive loading, unloading, storage, and dispatch operations.

The candidate should have strong inventory management skills, leadership abilities, and experience handling fragile and heavy products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for tiles, sanitaryware, bathroom accessories, and other related products.
- Verify incoming stock against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Inspect goods for breakage, damage, shortages, and quality discrepancies.
- Ensure proper stacking and safe storage of tiles, sanitaryware, and fragile materials.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for timely replenishment.
- Supervise warehouse workers, helpers, loaders, and delivery staff.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, accounts, and logistics teams for timely order fulfilment.
- Ensure accurate order picking and dispatch according to customer requirements.




- Maintain records of inward stock, outward stock, returns, damaged goods, and stock transfers.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Minimize stock losses, breakage, wastage, and dispatch errors.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper utilization of storage space.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse performance reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 12th pass; a graduate qualification in any relevant field is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials.
- Good knowledge of stock management, inward and outward entries, and dispatch procedures.
- Experience handling fragile products, heavy materials, and bulk inventory.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and inventory or ERP software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and resolve stock discrepancies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
