- Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit cards, and checks for service repair orders and parts sales.
- Billing & Invoicing: Compute final bills, explain charges to customers, and issue official receipts or refunds.
- Reconciliation: Balance daily cash drawers, close out invoices, and reconcile daily transactions or gas statements.
- Customer Service & Clerical Support: Greet customers, answer showroom or service phone calls, handle inquiries, and file service records
