Greet and assist walk-in customers warmly and professionally

Understand customer needs, occasion and budget, and recommend suitable gold, diamond and silver jewellery

Explain designs, purity, making charges, hallmarking and pricing clearly

Handle jewellery safely during display, showing and sale

Achieve monthly sales targets and build repeat customers

Prepare bills and coordinate with billing and cash staff

Keep the counter and displays neat, stocked and attractive

Maintain accurate stock records and report discrepancies

Handle customer queries and feedback politely, and follow up on enquiries and orders

Follow the showroom’s security, SOP and customer-service standards

Requirements

Qualification: Graduate in any stream

Experience: 1 to 2 years of counter sales experience in a jewellery showroom (mandatory)

Skills:

Valuable communication in English, along with Hindi

Product knowledge of jewellery, including gold, diamonds and hallmarking

Customer handling and basic negotiation skills

Honesty, a presentable personality and a team-player attitude

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
