Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, delivery status, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain customer records, call logs, and complaint-resolution reports.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with order placement, returns, replacements, and delivery-related concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or reporting manager.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.





Eligibility Criteria

- Higher Secondary pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge is an advantage.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with different departments and work effectively in a team.
