About the Role

Sewa Bridge is looking for an Impact Assessment & MEL Specialist to independently manage baseline assessments, impact evaluations, and outcome measurement assignments across social development programmes. The role involves research design, data analysis, report writing, and coordination with CSR clients and implementing organisations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute baseline, endline, impact, and needs assessments using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method approaches.
- Develop assessment tools, sampling plans, indicators, and data collection frameworks.
- Coordinate fieldwork, manage digital data collection through KoboToolbox or similar platforms, and ensure data quality.
- Clean and analyse datasets, identify anomalies, and conduct appropriate statistical analysis using Excel and tools such as SPSS, R, or Stata.
- Develop MEL frameworks, Theory of Change, logframes, and outcome measurement matrices.
- Prepare inception reports, assessment reports, dashboards, presentations, and actionable recommendations.
- Apply relevant evaluation frameworks,wherever appropriate.




- Manage assigned projects independently, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Postgraduate degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in impact assessment, baseline studies, programme evaluation, or MEL.
- Demonstrated experience in managing assessments from study design to final reporting.
- Strong research methodology, sampling, data analysis, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, digital data collection tools, and at least one statistical analysis software.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on professional who can independently manage assessment assignments, critically

evaluate data, interpret findings, and translate evidence into actionable recommendations for CSR and development sector clients, with minimal supervision

Pay: ₹520,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
