Job Title: Guest Relationship Executive (GRE)

Job Description:

- Handle guest and customer relationships professionally.
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and property visitors.
- Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and MIS reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and visitor reports.
- Follow up with prospective customers and coordinate with the sales team.
- Track leads, site visits, customer feedback, and booking status.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

- Experience in real estate sales or customer relationship management.
- Positive knowledge of MIS reporting, MS Excel, and data management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Professional attitude with good customer-handling skills.
