e are looking for an experienced Concierge skilled with 6–12 years of experience in 5-star hotels to provide personalized guest assistance and ensure a high standard of guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist them with their requirements.
- Arrange transportation, airport transfers, and local sightseeing.
- Handle restaurant reservations, event bookings, and special guest requests.
- Provide information about local attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
- Assist VIP guests and provide personalized services.
- Handle guest queries and resolve service-related concerns promptly.
- Maintain updated information on hotel facilities and local services.
- Coordinate luggage assistance and other guest services when required.
- Maintain guest records and ensure service requests are completed on time.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
