We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with teachers, schools, and prospective clients to promote our services and support our recruitment activities.
#Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to teachers, schools, and prospective clients.
* Explain AdhyayGuru's services, including teacher recruitment, job opportunities, and training programs.
* Follow up with candidates regarding job openings, interviews, and applications.
* Collect and maintain candidate information and update records in the database.
* Generate leads and build relationships with schools and educators.
* Respond to incoming enquiries professionally.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
