We are a growing facility management company providing skilled housekeeping, kitchen stewarding, cleaning, and support services to hotels, corporate offices, hospitals, commercial establishments, and residential communities across Hyderabad.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Recruitment Supervisor who can source, screen, and mobilize candidates for housekeeping and kitchen stewarding positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates for Housekeeping, Kitchen Stewarding, Cleaning, and Support Staff positions.
- Conduct field recruitment drives in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
- Visit labour markets, hostels, skill centers, villages, and other recruitment sources to identify potential candidates.




- Screen candidates and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate joining formalities and deployment of selected candidates.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates to meet operational manpower requirements.
- Follow up with candidates until their joining date.
- Build relationships with local employment agencies and referral networks.
- Maintain recruitment records and daily activity reports.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and deployment targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
