The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, sales performance, customer service, and staff management of the branch. The role ensures achievement of business targets, operational efficiency, compliance with company policies, and customer satisfaction while leading and inspiring the branch team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve branch sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff.
- Monitor employee performance and conduct evaluations.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and customer retention.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve escalated issues.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze branch performance reports.
- Manage branch budgets, expenses, and inventory/assets.
- Build relationships with clients, vendors, and local businesses.
- Ensure workplace safety and security standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with head office and other departments for operational support.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
