- Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally Prime: vouchers, ledgers, bank and cash entries
- Track and reconcile diesel expenses across multiple fuel pumps, matched against pump bills and trip records
- Reconcile FASTag recharges and toll deductions
- Manage driver bata and bata advances, and settle them against trips
- Process and record payments to outside/hired vehicle owners
- Raise freight invoices and follow up on receivables from clients
- Prepare weekly fund-flow reports (inflows, outflows, pending payments) for the owner
- Handle GST returns and TDS on transport payments, coordinating with our auditor
- Do monthly bank reconciliations and keep supporting documents filed
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
