Job Title: School Centre Head – Preschool, Daycare & Tuition Centre Job Summary Kiddiez Kcastle Preschool is looking for a responsible, enthusiastic, and experienced Centre Head to manage the daily operations of our preschool, daycare, and tuition centre. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, along with a genuine passion for early childhood education. Key Responsibilities - Manage the day-to-day operations of the preschool, daycare, and tuition centre. - Supervise teachers, support staff, and other team members. - Ensure a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly learning environment. - Monitor lesson plans, classroom activities, children's progress, and teacher performance. - Handle parent enquiries, meetings, feedback, and concerns professionally. - Coordinate admissions, follow-ups, fee collection, and pending fee reminders. - Maintain student attendance, admission records, fee records, and staff documentation. - Plan school events, celebrations, activities, and parent engagement programmes. - Support marketing activities, admission campaigns, and enquiry conversion. - Ensure discipline, punctuality, and smooth coordination among staff.



- Prepare daily updates and monthly reports for management. Requirements - Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Early Childhood Education, ECCE, or Montessori education will be an advantage. - 2–5 years of experience in preschool administration, school coordination, or centre management preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Valuable leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities. - Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, and WhatsApp. - Ability to handle parents, staff, admissions, and administrative responsibilities independently. - A caring, organised, proactive, and professional attitude towards children and education.
