WE ARE HIRING | ADMISSION COUNSELOR – PILOT TRAINING PROGRAMS

PS Collaborations is seeking a professional, result-oriented Admission Counselor to support student recruitment and admissions for pilot training programs.

We are looking for a candidate with solid counseling, communication, and sales skills who can guide aspiring pilots, explain training opportunities, and convert prospective students into enrollments.

Job Details

- Position: Admission Counselor – Pilot Training
- Location: Hyderabad
- Salary Package: ₹4.2–6 LPA, based on experience and last drawn salary
- Experience: Relevant experience in admissions, education counseling, or consultative sales preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding pilot training programs and aviation career pathways.
- Explain course structures, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and training requirements.
- Understand students’ career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
- Manage student inquiries, conduct follow-ups, and convert leads into confirmed admissions.




- Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate inquiry records and admission trackers.
- Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to overall admission growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, persuasion, and lead-conversion abilities.
- Ability to explain course information clearly and professionally.
- Target-oriented approach with effective follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Experience in aviation training, pilot training admissions, or education counseling will be an advantage.
