Job Description

Deluxe Veneers is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics & Inventory Executive to manage inventory, stock movement, dispatches, and logistics coordination at our Bhiwandi location.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inventory, stock records, and inventory updates.
- Monitor inward and outward stock movements.
- Coordinate dispatches, deliveries, and transportation.
- Maintain accurate inventory reports and documentation.
- Verify stock quantities and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, transporters, and internal teams.
- Track deliveries and ensure timely dispatch of materials.
- Assist with stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain proper records of challans, invoices, and delivery documents.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in logistics,



inventory, or warehouse management preferred.
- Positive knowledge of stock management and dispatch coordination.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle daily operational activities.

Salary & Benefits

Salary will be decided based on the candidate’s last drawn CTC, relevant experience, and interview performance.
