About Us

Samjin Global Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. is a newly established Korean freight forwarding company in India. We provide international Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Clearance, and integrated logistics solutions.

We are seeking an experienced DO, ODEX who is excited to grow with a start-up organization and help establish effective operational processes from the ground up.

Key Expectations

- Take full ownership of assigned shipments and ensure that every task is completed accurately and on time.
- Process Ocean and Air Delivery Orders (DO) promptly and follow up proactively to prevent cargo delivery delays.
- Handle ODEX submissions and IGM-related activities with accuracy, urgency, and accountability.
- Follow up with shipping lines, CHA partners, and other service providers until the issue is fully resolved.
- Identify potential delays in advance, take immediate corrective action,

and keep management informed of any risks or unresolved issues.
- Never leave pending tasks unattended. Maintain proper follow-up records and ensure a clear handover of outstanding matters.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and commitment to completing assigned tasks independently.
- Be a reliable team member who takes initiative, solves problems, and delivers results without constant supervision.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, keeps their commitments, and gets the job done—not someone who simply waits for instructions.
