Marketing Manager – Jharkhand

Role Objective

Expand nRp’s brand presence and business across Jharkhand, using the nRpkart Ranchi outlet as the regional base. The primary responsibility is to build awareness, develop institutional and trade relationships, and convert marketing activities into measurable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a district-wise marketing plan for Jharkhand.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, offices and corporate buyers to generate institutional and bulk orders.
- Identify and develop retailers, dealers and distributors for nRp products.
- Increase footfall, customer acquisition and repeat purchases at nRpkart Ranchi.
- Organise product demonstrations, school and college activities, exhibitions and local promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate social media content, local digital advertising and relevant influencer collaborations.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer demand, competitor pricing and new business opportunities.
- Plan marketing budgets and coordinate promotional materials, vendors and campaign execution.
- Maintain a lead pipeline and report on market visits, conversions,



account development and revenue generated.
- Coordinate with the outlet, sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

- Preferably 3–7 years of experience in field marketing, institutional sales, territory development or retail brand expansion.
- Experience in stationery, publishing, education products, FMCG or consumer goods preferred.
- Strong understanding of Jharkhand’s markets; existing institutional or dealer relationships will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate and convert opportunities into business.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, Excel and lead-tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Jharkhand.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing preferred.

- New districts and markets covered.
- New active institutional, retail and distribution accounts.
- Qualified leads, conversion rates and sales generated.
- Growth in nRpkart Ranchi footfall and repeat business.
- Campaign effectiveness and marketing expenditure against budget.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
