1. Project Management & Delivery

- Lead end-to-end Scan-to-BIM projects, from point cloud assessment and project planning to modelling, quality assurance, and final delivery.
- Develop project execution plans, resource allocation strategies, timelines, and delivery milestones.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, productivity, and on-time delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and rework.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and international clients to clarify project requirements, scope, and deliverables.

2. Technical Leadership

- Oversee the conversion of laser-scanned point cloud data into accurate, information-rich BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Ensure models reflect existing site conditions, including architectural, structural, and MEP elements, as applicable to the project's scope.
- Establish modelling standards, Level of Development (LOD) requirements, tolerances, and project-specific BIM execution procedures.
- Review point cloud registration, alignment, data quality, and modelling accuracy against the supplied scan data.
- Guide teams in handling complex geometry, existing building conditions, incomplete scan data, and modelling challenges.
- Ensure appropriate use of point cloud processing and registration tools such as Autodesk ReCap, Cloud Compare, and other relevant scanning software.

3. Quality Assurance & BIM Standards

- Establish and implement quality control procedures for Scan-to-BIM deliverables.
- Conduct technical reviews, model audits, and accuracy checks before client submissions.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM execution plans, naming conventions, and applicable client standards.




- Identify recurring errors and introduce process improvements to reduce rework and improve model quality.
- Maintain consistency across models, drawings, project documentation, and revision records.

4. Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, mentor, and develop BIM Engineers, Senior BIM Modelers, BIM Coordinators, and project team members.
- Allocate tasks based on team capacity, technical expertise, and project priorities.
- Monitor individual and team performance against productivity, quality, and delivery targets.
- Conduct technical reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training on Scan-to-BIM workflows.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.

5. Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for Scan-to-BIM projects.
- Participate in project kick-off meetings, requirement discussions, progress reviews, and technical presentations.
- Clarify ambiguities in point cloud data, scope, modelling requirements, and expected deliverables.
- Manage client feedback, revisions, change requests, and technical escalations.
- Communicate project risks, progress, and delivery status clearly to clients and senior management.

6. Process Improvement & Business Support

- Develop standardized workflows, templates, checklists, and best practices for Scan-to-BIM delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve team productivity, software utilization, and project turnaround time.
- Support project estimation, effort calculation, resource planning, and technical proposal preparation.
- Collaborate with business development and project management teams during technical discussions and project handovers.
- Contribute to the development of scalable Scan-to-BIM processes for large and complex international projects.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
