We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our stainless steel household and pet products manufacturing unit in Wazirpur, Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily production and ensure orders are completed on time.
- Manage factory workers, allocate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate purchases and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Supervise polishing, finishing and packaging, including product stickers, labels and packaging materials.
- Coordinate with external job workers and track work until completion.
- Ensure timely dispatch and shipment of orders.
- Maintain daily updates on production, pending work and dispatches.
- Monitor product quality and minimise material wastage.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in factory management or production supervision.
- Experience in stainless steel, utensils, household products or similar manufacturing industries preferred.
- Robust coordination, follow-up and labour management skills.
- Ability to manage factory operations independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
