Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive to plan and execute business marketing campaigns through email and WhatsApp. The role involves managing contact lists, creating campaign messages, setting up automated follow-ups, and generating enquiries for our IT and digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities include:

- Plan and execute email campaigns and WhatsApp Business marketing campaigns.
- Manage contact databases, segment audiences, and maintain accurate subscriber records.
- Create engaging promotional messages, email content, campaign templates, and follow-up sequences.
- Use platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, AiSensy, Interakt, WATI, or similar tools.
- Set up automated campaigns, approved message templates, chatbots, and customer follow-up workflows.
- Monitor delivery rates, open rates, clicks, replies, enquiries, and campaign performance.
- Maintain email deliverability and WhatsApp quality standards.
- Manage opt-in records, unsubscribe requests, and suppression lists to support compliant marketing.
- Test campaign content and audience segments to improve engagement and conversions.




- Coordinate with the sales team to track enquiries and generate qualified business opportunities.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, marketing automation, or digital campaign management preferred.
