Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with international customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve service inquiries.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings and ensure quick resolution times.
- Log customer interactions and query details accurately in the CRM software.
- Adhere to international communication quality standards and protocol.

Requirements:

- Higher Secondary (10+2) or Any Graduate degree.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- 0–2 years of customer service / BPO experience (freshers with excellent English are welcome).
- Ability to work comfortably during fixed day-shift timings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
