The selected candidates will onboard customers onto the KGRN E-Invoicing portal, deliver detailed user training to UAE customers over online calls (Microsoft Teams), and handle incoming support tickets. Functional queries will be resolved by the team directly, while technical issues will be escalated to the development team and followed through to closure.
Candidate profile:
- Any graduate degree; IT or related qualification preferred
- Freshers are welcome
- Strong spoken and written English communication
- Knowledge of software and the ability to understand workflows and explain them clearly to customers
- Arabic language skills will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
