Job Description

Automech is looking for a responsible and organized Store & Dispatch In-charge for its Moi, Chakan plant, which handles automotive axle and suspension assembly operations.

The candidate will be responsible for material receipt, storage, inventory control, line-side material supply, finished goods management, and coordination with the production team.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive incoming materials and verify quantity against delivery challans and purchase documents.

· Maintain proper storage, identification, and traceability of materials.

· Maintain daily stock records for raw materials, hardware, and components.

· Ensure timely supply of materials to assembly conveyors as per production requirements.

· Monitor material shortages and coordinate with production and purchase teams.

· Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) and ensure proper material handling.

· Coordinate vehicle loading, dispatch schedules, and return of empty trolleys.

· Update daily stock,



inward, outward, and dispatch reports using MS Excel.

· Maintain proper documentation and support stock verification.

· Ensure store cleanliness, safe material handling, and compliance with company procedures.

Candidate Requirements

· 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate.

· 1–3 years of experience in stores, inventory, logistics, or dispatch, preferably in an automotive manufacturing company.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory records.

· Knowledge of delivery challans, invoices, stock registers, and dispatch documentation.

· Experience with ERP/SAP systems will be an advantage.

· Valuable coordination, record-keeping, and communication skills.

· Willingness to work in shifts as per plant requirements.

Freshers with good computer skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
