Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Overseas Education Counsellor specializing in Australia to guide students through the complete overseas education process. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students regarding Australian universities, courses, admission requirements, application procedures, student visa documentation, and pre-departure guidance.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and counselling skills, sound knowledge of the Australian education system, and the ability to convert student enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities in Australia, including undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and vocational courses.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, budgets, and preferences to recommend suitable courses and institutions.
- Provide information about Australian universities, colleges, admission criteria, tuition fees, scholarships, and available intakes.




- Assist students with university and college applications, offer letters, and admission documentation.
- Guide students regarding student visa requirements, Genuine Student (GS) requirements, financial documentation, and other relevant procedures.
- Coordinate with university representatives, institutional partners, and admissions teams for application follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Explain tuition fee payments, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), accommodation options, and pre-departure requirements.
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and counselling sessions.
- Maintain accurate student records, application trackers, and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly targets for student counselling, applications, admissions, and enrolments.
- Keep updated with changes in Australian education policies, admission requirements, and student visa regulations.
- Ensure that all counselling and documentation guidance is accurate, ethical, and compliant with applicable regulations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
