Role: SA BP – Service Advisor (Body Shop)

Job Summary: Manage customer requirements for vehicle body repairs, accident repairs, denting, and painting, coordinating with the body shop team to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect vehicles with customers and document visible damage.
- Prepare job cards and repair estimates.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors and insurance teams where applicable.
- Follow up with denting, painting, and body repair technicians.
- Communicate repair progress, costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Conduct final checks and coordinate vehicle handover.

Requirements

- Experience in automobile body shop service advising preferred.
- Knowledge of denting, painting, accident repairs, and insurance processes.
- Strong customer service and coordination skills.
- Diploma or ITI in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
