- Counsel prospective students and professionals regarding training programs, certifications, and career development opportunities.
- Understand candidates' educational background, career goals, and skill gaps.
- Explain course features, benefits, schedules, fees, and certification details.
- Handle inquiries received through phone, email, website, social media, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments. Calling students for conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, and admissions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with trainers and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of participants.
- Conduct webinars, information sessions, and counseling events as required.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with students throughout their learning journey.
- Gather feedback and address student concerns promptly.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
