Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain 3D piping models for water and wastewater treatment plants using AutoCAD Plant 3D.

2. Create and manage piping specifications, catalogs, and piping classes for CS, SS, HDPE, PVC, CPVC, FRP, and other materials.

3. Prepare piping GA drawings, plans, sections, isometrics, MTOs/BOMs, line lists, and equipment layouts.

4. Read and interpret P&IDs;, process datasheets, and equipment vendor drawings, ensuring consistency between P&IDs; and 3D models.

5. Route piping for pumps, clarifiers, filters, RO/UF systems, chemical dosing systems, and sludge handling facilities.

6. Apply piping codes and standards, including ASME B31.3, ASME B16.5, and relevant AWWA standards.

7. Coordinate piping supports, stress-critical lines,



and interfaces with civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical teams.

8. Perform clash detection using Navisworks or Plant 3D and resolve design interferences.

9. Ensure proper material selection, corrosion resistance, hydraulic requirements, maintenance access, drainage, and safety considerations.

10. Support model reviews, QA/QC, site queries, as-built updates, and design revisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay: ₹329,000.00 - ₹1,440,000.00 per year
