Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support the Accounts & Finance Department in maintaining accurate financial records, Tally – Focus, processing transactions, preparing cheques and reconciliations of Bank Statements, and assisting with day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and enter financial transactions accurately.
- Handle Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify ledger balances.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
- Verify bills,



invoices, supporting documents, and payment requests before processing.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents, vouchers, and accounting records.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding payments and outstanding balances.
- Assist senior accountants during monthly closing, audits, and financial reviews.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Com / M.Com graduate with 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Candidates with experience in real estate, construction, or corporate accounting will be preferred.
- Must be sincere, trustworthy, proactive, and willing to learn.
