- Patient care: Assess patient health, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and assist with personal hygiene and comfort.

- Assisting medical staff: Help doctors during examinations and medical procedures, and participate in rounds with physicians and other staff.
- Compliance and safety: Ensure all care meets healthcare regulations and standards, and contribute to a protected and clean working environment.
- Assist with admissions and discharges.

- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Manage ward supplies, including tracking dangerous drugs and keeping inventories.
