Job Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to manage customer interactions, support sales activities, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. ### Key Responsibilities - Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, complaints, and site visits. - Conduct customer presentations and assist in converting leads into customers. - Maintain CRM records, customer databases, and follow-up reports. - Coordinate with sales, marketing, and internal teams. - Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
