Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Business Development Executive to identify business opportunities, develop institutional and corporate partnerships, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth through field sales and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit colleges, universities, and educational institutions to establish partnerships and secure business meetings.
- Identify opportunities for training programs, software solutions, and institutional consulting services.
- Conduct field visits to corporate offices, business establishments, and potential clients.




- Attend business expos, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads and develop business relationships.
- Schedule client meetings, understand business requirements, and introduce relevant solutions.
- Manage lead pipelines, follow-ups, client databases, and field activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support proposals, presentations, and business conversions.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in field sales, B2B business development, or lead generation.
- Experience in institutional sales, education sector, IT/software sales, or business consulting preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently arrange meetings and generate qualified business leads.
- Comfortable with field visits, networking, and client meetings.
- Skilled presentation and a target-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
