Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive Assistant Coordinator to support the Projects Department in coordinating solar project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between site teams and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily activities related to solar project execution.
- Follow up with site engineers regarding project progress and updates.
- Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, and Service teams.
- Maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Track material requirements and delivery status for project sites.
- Assist in preparing project progress reports and maintaining records.
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, and project-related communication.




- Monitor project timelines and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Support the Project Manager in day-to-day coordination and administrative activities.

Requirements

- B.Tech qualification is mandatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different teams.
- Interest in solar energy systems and project execution.
