Marketing Manager**

**Panjetani Buildwell Pvt. Ltd.** is looking for an experienced and dynamic **PUF Panel Sales & Marketing Manager** to join our growing team in **Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh**.

### Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B sales and achieve revenue targets for PUF/PIR sandwich panels and related products.
- Generate current business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with EPC contractors, builders, architects, consultants, developers, and industrial clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and client meetings to quotation, negotiation, and order closure.
- Understand project requirements and provide suitable product/technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with production, technical, and logistics teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct client visits,



market research, competitor analysis, exhibitions, and industry meetings.
- Explore new markets and contribute to overall business growth.

### What We’re Looking For

✅ 5–15 years of relevant experience in **PUF/PIR Panels, PEB, Roofing, Cold Storage, Insulation, or related industrial/construction products**.

✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.

✅ Strong B2B sales and business development skills.

✅ Good technical understanding of insulated panels and related applications.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.

✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.

✅ CRM experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
